The Width of Cars Treated at Mr CAP
Not only “normal” cars are treated at Mr CAP. Sometimes the cars run on gas. Sometimes they run on electricity. Sometimes, in the case of the Fisker Karma on the picture, they are hybrids. The Fisker Karma is a so-called plug-in hybrid, which means that it has a battery that can be charged by connecting a plug to an external power source, while at the same time it can be fueled with gas. The car has a solar paneled roof that can generate electricity for the battery. The Fisker Karma’s top speed is 201 km/h, and it is capable of [...]
Volvo 944 – Made by Sweden
The Volvo in the picture is a Volvo 944 from 1997. No stranger to the road, the car has 503.367 km behind it. And despite that, it looks as good as new. It might be that the excellence of Swedish craftsmanship plays a part in that, but mainly it is because Mr CAP has treated it. The car has been treated since 1997, and it has initially been treated with MasterTreatment™.
Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren
Even the best and most luxurious cars in the world can be improved. The SLR McLaren was manufactured by McLaren Automotive, and was in production between 2004 and 2010. The car, with its trademark butterfly doors, was in the Mr CAP shop in Kiev, and was treated with FormulaU™ in order to optimize its value and appearance. Mr CAP Kiev took some pictures during half the treatment process – “feel” the difference.
A Phantom in Kiev
The Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé on the picture was treated at Mr CAP Kiev. The car has been in production since 2007, and is currently the most expensive Rolls-Royce model. The J-class racing yachts of the 1930s were the inspiration to the design. One of the most notable features of the Phantom is that it includes two hidden umbrellas in the front fenders, and can only be accessed when the doors open. The doors are interesting as well, seeing as they are hinged at its rear, instead of at the front. The Phantom Drophead Coupé was featured in the closing [...]
Taming the “Dragon”
Mr CAP Stockholm has finished a FormulaU™ treatment on an odd object, for they had the prestigious mission to treat a fighter aircraft—J35B Draken (“Dragon”)—with FormulaU™. The plane had been renovated by F18’s Pilot Club, but they wanted the plane to have that extra something, and so Mr CAP was called in. The total treated surface was circa 150 square meters. The plane will be on exhibit in a museum in Kristianstad for a few years, and will then move to the Swedish Air Force Museum in Linköping. We congratulate the F18 Pilot Club to a successful renovation of a [...]
Tractor Mania at Mr CAP Helsingborg, Sweden
It is not often that Mr CAP has the pleasure to treat a tractor! A John Deere 6930 tractor came in to Mr CAP Helsingborg for a treatment. The owner had treated another tractor years before, so when he bought a new one he knew what to expect. Even an expensive tractor deserves a good treatment. The tractor was treated with FormulaUTM, which will make it easier for the owner in the future when he wants to wash his tractor, and with it being operated in dirt filled fields, that is bound to happen regularly! The owner says: “I save [...]
Volvo vs. Mercedes
On the first day in the first Mr CAP shop in Düsseldorf, Germany something peculiar happened. Both an old Volvo 745 and a new Mercedes SLS came in to the shop at the same time. They were both treated with MasterTreatmentTM. So, which car increased the most in value? The Volvo made in Sweden of course! The Mercedes SLS’ value was already high, and even though the MasterTreatmentTM increased it, the value didn’t increase as much as it did on the Volvo.
Crystal Craze at Mr CAP
Mr CAP Tallinn, Estonia has a most interesting customer. He drives a Toyota Land Cruiser, but that is not the interesting thing. The interesting thing about the car is it’s exterior, for it is coated in Swarovski crystals. The Swarovski crystal was first developed in 1892, and the company that makes the crystals, Swarovski AG, was founded in 1895. The Swarovski crystals are manufactured in Austria. Despite the abundance of crystals on the car, there was something missing. After a FormulaUTM treatment, it had everything it needed!
A Visit From the World’s Most Famous Spy?
What is this? A visit from the world’s most famous spy himself? No, but a visit from two of his cars, nonetheless. Mr CAP Stockholm City, Sweden had two James Bond cars in the same shop at the same time! The first one, the Aston Martin DB5, was first featured in Goldfinger, and was also featured in the latest movie, Skyfall. It is the most famous Aston Martin car due to this. DB5 was featured in six James Bond films in total, and it was featured in both the first movie and the (to this day) last movie. The second [...]
